Should have an eye for detail to make things visually real. 4. Candidate should have relavant industry experience of working in an event company doing exhibition designs for about 1 to 2 years. 5. Should be well versed with 3D designing concepts for exhibition stalls, award shows, conference stage setups, launch event stage setups etc. 6. Should be handy and well versed with designing software's like 3D MAX, Vray and related 3D software, Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. 7. Candidate with additional knowledge of Video Editing/ Animation software like Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro will be preferred. 8. To be able to multi task in tight deadlines with a positive attitude. Requirements: 1. Knowledge and experience of 3D Software's 2. Knowledge of 2D Softwares (optional but preferable) Remuneration: As per current industry standards Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work as a catalyst between the project director & design team to understand client requirements and execute them thoroughly with finesse. Should co-ordinate with design team in preparation of stall designs, layouts, dimensions post recee as well as working on set designs after finalization. Ensure quality as per company's standards in operational output of work with proper & timely pre-event planning. To co-ordinate with active vendor base on-board as well as strategically appoint new vendors to ensure service quality standards & deliverable's as per each event's requirements. To ensure that proper negotiation is done with vendors chosen for a particular event & that their deliverables are managed efficiently. Candidates with knowledge of onsite management of Exhibitions, Conferences, Awards will be preferred. Should have a decent expertise in terms of handling technical drawings of booths or stage construction related challenges effectively during setups or during the show. Periodic reporting like balance receivables, vendor pay- outs should be undertaken. To maintain accuracy in documentation, costing sheet and submitting event wise budget worksheet pre & post event. Experience of minimum 1-2 years in an Exhibition/ Conference management Company will be preferred.

Autocad etc. Strong communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Space Design will be an added advantage

Responsibilities: • Should be technically strong. • Take Client Servicing's detailed brief and show the CS team the best options for the event or activity. • Maintain and develop a database of the finest vendors and suppliers in India (in terms of quality and cost effectiveness) and include them on the company's vendor list for smooth operation as well as for urgent and planned requirements. • Increase profitability by providing the most cost-effective solutions and ideas. • Maintaining internal (Client Servicing, Creative, and Accounts Department) and external coordination in the planning and execution of an event or activity. • Giving vendors and supporters a clear brief so that the execution goes as planned. • Start the job on time and keep giving and getting feedback during pre-production. • Examine the smallest details of production. • Always strive to maintain a high level of productivity within set timelines. • To collaborate with the CS team on final revisions to event presentations, videos, and so on. • Set up a meeting for your department to talk about what happened that month at the end of every month. • Event/activity-specific vendor selection and finalization. Maintain explicit payment conditions with vendors. Maintain relationships with vendors. • Make sure the venue has been checked out and, if necessary, a report has been sent to the right authority or management. • Prepare a costing format with a rate card for each demand so that costing takes as little time as possible. Completing any additional client requirements and carrying them out at the last minute. • Maintain constant awareness of new market technologies.
