    This position requires a unique blend of skills encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service. As a Sales Manager, you are accountable for developing and promoting business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and hotel visits. Hotel Sales Manager responsibilities Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with major group and catering clients. Supports the head of sales and marketing in preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy. Conduct yourself as a professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute events from inception to completion, aligning with client objectives and audience expectations. • Generate creative ideas to enhance event success and propose suitable venues and event setups. • Develop comprehensive sales pitches and presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote. • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters. • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources. • Coordinate effectively across internal teams to streamline operations and achieve project goals. • Lead promotional activities to maximize event visibility and attendance. • Resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and effectively to ensure smooth operations. • Evaluate event success through detailed analysis and reporting.     Creative

    Events: • Design and create innovative 3D concepts for corporate events ((including invite design, set design (backdrops, entrances, theme-based props)), and mementos. • Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Client Servicing teams. • Deliver creative design solutions for events. • Independently manage projects from conceptualization to execution with minimal support. • Design and sketch entire events, providing comprehensive creative solutions based on briefs. • Interact with clients to clarify briefs when necessary. • Ensure designs meet production standards and collaborate with the Production team on sizing. • Backup artwork in designated formats and maintain records. • Oversee onsite setup to ensure proper implementation. • Maintain and update the database, sketches, inventory, and stationery. • Ensure the team meets quality standards and deadlines. Vendor Management: • Coordinate with vendors to ensure artwork is executed as visualized, with support from the operations team. Technical Skills: • Proficient with design software (Photoshop, Corel Draw, 3D Max). • Competent with MS Office. • Understanding of printing and artwork, including CMYK color separation, print file preparation, image restoration, and color conversion.
