    • Must be able to efficiently manage a team of production and take accountability for the planning and execution of multiple projects and teams simultaneously. • Should constantly review and improve processes to set and implement templates to ensure efficient and smooth operations. • Must be able to structure, manage, groom and provide guidance to a team and ensure efficient execution of all business. • Should ensure quality control and effective execution and manpower utilization during the event. • Should constantly build product knowledge and a comprehensive database for event and wedding vendors PAN India and abroad. • Knowledge of new technology in lights, sound, AV, etc. Awareness of the latest elements used in production. • Must be able to handle a large scale turnkey social or corporate event from pitch stage to completion, coordinating with ideation, client servicing / business development teams, overseeing budgeting, execution and management of team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. • Site surveys to determine scope and needs for an event. • Conduct and assist in brainstorming, ideation and design development for the project as required. • Creating a budget for the event. • On site production oversight including load-in/strike of event. • Should be able to oversee and manage all hospitality, production and logistics of a turnkey event. • Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events. • Reconcile expense reports of the entire production team. Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Event Production. • Well-organized and competent in Vendor, Time & Team Management. • Creative, confident, and must have an Event Industry background. • Should have an in depth understanding and knowledge of event production and operations. • Must be detail oriented, quality conscious and have a good design aesthetic. • Strong negotiating skills with hotels and vendors. •
