About the role:
As a Senior Concept resource, you will play a pivotal role in translating client briefs into captivating brand narratives across various mediums such as events, activations, and intellectual properties. Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, you will be responsible for crafting central themes or storylines that seamlessly connect different elements within the program. Your primary focus will be on developing authentic, compelling, and innovative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns across on-ground, social media, and digital platforms. We are ‘seeking a dynamic leader adept at managing a team of conceptualizers, driving innovation through collaboration, and managing their creative outputs to achieve collective success.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop Creative Concepts: Utilize your creative prowess to transform client briefs into engaging brand stories. Generate fresh, cliche-free ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with the client's marketing objectives
•Strategic Content Creation: Write strategic copies for a wide range of materials including event scripts, branding collaterals, invites, AV scripts, emailers, print communication, and presentations. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand narrative across all touchpoints
•Visual Content Development: Collaborate with 2D and 3D designers to produce visual content that brings the conceptual ideas to life. Manage graphic production to ensure alignment with the overarching creative concept
•Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects by assigning tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met. Treat each brief as a complete campaign, providing solutions not only for the project itself but also for the pre-event buildup and post-project activities
•Client Collaboration: Work closely with client servicing teams to understand client requirements and ensure creative goals are met. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and
