    Experience : 4-5 years Remuneration : As per industry standards * Minimum of 3 years working with event/marketing agencies * Must be well-versed with all the designer applications * Must be able to conceptualise & develop designs concepts & ensure the highest quality of creativity * Meet deadlines * Work closely & in tandem with the client servicing team * Must be able to design all event related communications ranging from logos, collaterals, stages, exhibitions displays, layouts, thematics setups, etc. * Should be able to work under pressure, multi-task & should complete work on the deadline * Must have knowledge of the latest technology used in events Salary is not the constraint for the right candidate.     Job Profile: Event Execution planning, making cost sheet, Vendor booking & Coordination, Set-up & Dismantle plan, timely execution, smooth coordination with technicians, Console Management, etc Remuneration: As per company standards and Incentives Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: ª Good understanding of fabrication ª Ability to coordinate with fabricators ª Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist ª Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan ª Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc ª Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors - Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive prices. ª Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle ª Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution ª Managing console, coordinating with technicians ª Timely updates to Client servicing representative Skills required: ª Excellent coordination skills ª Technical knowledge ª Leadership qualities and team work ª Ability to juggle between multiple project ª Should be ready to travel anywhere across the nation and outside ª Excellent reporting skills & presence of mind ª Time management Interested candidates, can send their CV on info@insyncin.com / arti@insyncin.com
