JD :
Develop creative concepts and themes for events based on client objectives and brand identity.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing innovative ideas and solutions to meet their needs.
Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate unique event concepts and experiences.
Create detailed event proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and visual presentations with the assistance of the design team, to effectively communicate concepts to clients.
Oversee the creative direction and production of event elements, including décor, lighting, staging, and multimedia components.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute event logistics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Provide on-site management and support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event design and production, integrating new ideas and techniques into event concepts.
Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes for future events.
