#ChristmasCelebrations: CSDirekt Creates North Pole at IGI T3 Bringing in More Cheer to Passengers

December is the month of festivities and GMR knowns just how to bring in celebrations, with a promise to keep flyers mesmerised. GMR chose CSDirekt to conceptualise a special Christmas theme at the IGI Airport T3 Terminal. The project took off with a goal to make travellers returning home for the festive season feel special.

CSDirekt took up the task of creating the perfect Christmas installations. Each installation has been carefully planned and designed, using the latest in design and technology, showcasing Santa Claus on his Sledge with Reindeers pulling away into the skies, carrying a gift for everyone. The larger-than-life story, that takes you on a journey of tales of Christmas, this is a perfect setting where fantasy meets modern architecture. From the time a flyer enters T3 terminal, until he boards his flight, his experience is one that transports him to a happy and joyful mood, making him special.

The venue has Christmas décor throughout the expanse of T3, including the transit zones, F&B and Retail Area, which is the centre and heart of T3 that houses a giant Santa Claus, standing tall looking over the entire shopping arcade. The atmosphere created for is electric and the installations create opportunities for flyers to capture personal moments and perfect Christmas selfies, which kickstarted their holiday season.

Speaking about the project, Luv Mahajan, Client Services, CSDirekt shared, “This was a project that needed lots of detailing from concept to design and finally bringing the entire idea to life. The project set up was challenging, given the venue and keeping in mind that we were in a state-of-the-art structure. GMR wanted their customers to experience the warmth of the holiday season. This creates a huge opportunity for every flyer passing through the doors a special feeling on the way home.”
