How does integrating diverse services across audio-visual, lighting, staging, and event production enhance the overall experience for your clients?

Offering everything in one place saves clients time and stress. For example, we sync lights with sound and design stages that match the screen visuals. This teamwork avoids technical issues and creates a smooth, connected experience that matches the client’s goals; anticipating technical challenges early, reducing client stress, and delivering cohesive storytelling that aligns with their brand vision.

What are your recent investments particularly in AV technology which enhances event execution and overall experiences.

Recently we invested heavily in live Sound System of JBL VTX A series and LED WALL.The JBL VTX Speaker  delivers unparalleled audio clarity even in large venues. This are very compact boxes and it gives 120 degree sound dispersion. Also we procured p1.9 mm  ultra-fine LED walls for  crisp visuals and close-viewing scenarios. We also enhanced our inventory of WATCHOUT and RESOLUME Servers. Also we are delivering personalized experiences with Anamorphic projection and hybrid event solutions to bridge physical and virtual audiences.

What key strategies have helped Rajhans adapt and stay ahead in this evolving landscape?

What measures do you implement to ensure seamless execution and reliability?

Our reliability comes from our team’s deep expertise. Most of our technicians and engineers have grown with Rajhans for over 20 to 25  years, mastering every detail of event execution. This experience means they spot risks early, perform thorough pre-event checks, and solve issues quickly. We use dual backup systems and stick to strict safety protocols. After every event, the team reviews performance to keep improving.

What are your plans for future growth and innovation in the B2B event services sector?

We’re focusing on expanding our inventory with advanced lighting systems, larger Trussing, and versatile staging options to handle more complex projects. At the same time, we’re tapping into new markets, including regional cities and niche event segments like cultural festivals. By combining our technical strengths with local partnerships, we aim to deliver the same reliability and creativity in every new region we serve.
