A beautiful wedding planned and executed by Mpire Weddings was hosted from February 21^st to 23^rd, 2020 at the ITC Grand Bharat, Gurgaon for London based Punjabi couple, Priya and Harry.

The theme of the wedding was to depict India in its entire cultural glory, royal heritage, trendy and full of life since 95% of the guests were Indians from the UK, who had not visited India in the longest time, and this was an opportunity to present the country in all its essence.

The festivities started with the Mediterranean themed welcome dinner with a lot of greens and garden feels.

The pool party was more a spin-off from Miami. It had a hat wall, which also coupled into photobooth stop, supper bottles, flip flops and floaters in the pool.

The Sangeet was a traditional Sabyasachi theme with red tall royal centerpieces and big installations of flowers and chandeliers.

Followed by a Yamuna ghaat pooja around high tea on the same day was arranged to capture the essence of the stunning property inspired by the Indian ghaats.

On the wedding day, the mandap was traditionally adorned with Rajnigandha flowers. The bride beautifully entered the mandap on a palki.

The celebrations concluded with a 7-tier cake and a modern mirror themed reception dinner.

This wedding also had personalized gift hampers and thank you notes. Each room got their own choice of hamper set which was a huge treasure box with alcohol and other gift items. It also had personalized letters handwritten by the bride based on her relationship with each guest. This was sent to each room which received lots of praise from the guests, for the attention to detail.
