Salt Experiential managed the Hero National Parts Distributors Convention (NPDC) from November 24 to 26 in Dubai for Hero Parts Business. Over 135 guests attended the 3-day event hosted at the Conrad Dubai.

The brief called for the agency to curate an experience for distributors of spare parts of Hero that engages them and creates an environment that fosters a dialogue between the brand and its partners, to embrace change, create strategies to tackle the future and go forth.

For the event, Salt managed all aspects of the event, especially ensuring that all communication regarding the objectives of the event was not lost on attendees. From creating experiences during the two dinners at the Dhow Cruise (Rustar Dhow) and the Desert camp, which put forth Hero’s commitment to excellence and its commitment to its partners, to creating an atmosphere at the convention that enabled Hero to break walls and directly reach to its partners by creating an engaging environment that allowed a dialogue, Salt successfully delivered a multi-faceted event.
