    Objective/Requirements: 1. Need the one who can understand the clients brief 2. Can develop original and unique concepts in line of the client brief 3. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the industry 4. Should be backed up by some work of her/his which can be boast of Key Responsibilities: 1. Should be able to handle multiple client briefs 2. Should be equipped with ability to meet the clients and understand their actual requirements 3. Must follow the timelines to reply 4. Should be well verse with whats happening around in the fraternity and develop new and innovative ideas Must Haves: 1. Adaptive to flexible work hours 2. Should posses the ability to work with the team and can manage team if the need be 3. Should have excellent command on power point and can make attractive ppt presentations 4. Coordination with active vendor base on-board as well as appoint new vendors to ensure service quality standards as per each event's requirements. - Ensure smooth and seamless external coordination with client and vendors as well as internal coordination with Client servicing Department. - Manpower management. - Contribute to the concept/thought process with cost effective and realistic ideas. - Should co-ordinate with design team in preparation of layouts, dimensions post recce as well as working on set designs after finalization. - To ensure that proper negotiation is done with vendors chosen for a particular event & that their deliverable are managed efficiently. - Maintaining a company database of all vendors. - Making Estimates. - To maintain accuracy in documentation, cost sheet and submitting budget worksheet
