  • Executive - Digital Marketing

    Creative

    Responsibilities 1.Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers 2.Design Lead generation campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad Words platforms 3.Plan and monitor the ongoing campaign of the clients 4.Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) 5.Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels 6.Provide creative ideas for content marketing 7.Collaborate with designers to improve user experience 8.Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) 9.Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date 10.Maintain partnerships with clients Requirements 1.Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role 2.Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 3.Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM 4.Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.) 5.Skills and experience in creative content writing 6.Analytical mindset and critical thinking 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities • Calling on enquiries generated for client’s products. • Researching required information using available resources. • Providing customers with the client related service and product information. • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management. • Following up on unanswered enquiries. • Completing call notes and updating them in the prescribed format. • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data related to enquiries. • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Open availability: o Monday through Saturday. o 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. • Experience in dealing with the public. • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. • Ability to work with others in a close manner. • Good computer skills. • Good multi-tasking skills.
