As a Client Servicing Manager at WOW Events, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our clients, aligning with our commitment to excellence in the corporate event management industry.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage individual client accounts.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and propose innovative, tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account status and keep updated records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Manager, Account Manager, or a relevant role in the event management or service industry.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
