Rules
1. The jury and the chairman of the jury shall evaluate entries, coordinated by the organizers, EVENTFAQS.
2.
Entrants are requested to abstain from direct contact with the jury members with reference to their entry
(or entries). Any reported contact regarding the judging process will result in disqualification of the entry / entrant.

The single point of contact for the awards, and clarifications if any, shall be through e-mail, via wowawards@eventfaqs.com. In addition to which, queries may be addressed to gokul@eventfaqs.com

Anyone who meets the stipulated entry requirements is eligible to enter the WOW Awards 2009. The entrant may be an individual, an agency (advertising, events, media, pr, outdoor or others), media house (print publication, radio station, television channel, digital media or others), the activation arm of a media house, a corporate, or others.

Each entry will have two components: See Entry Requirements.
6.
Details on shortlisted entries and winners will be announced no earlier than March 06, 2009, at the awards night.
7.
Organizers reserve the right to make changes as necessary.
8.
There may or may not be award winners in any of the listed categories.
9.
In each category, there will be a maximum of three awards – the Gold WOW Award, Silver WOW Award and Bronze WOW Award.
