    Must have 8-10 Years of Experience Leading the client servicing team and managing quality of work with each team member across projects Help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board Having an extremely strong eye for detail when it comes to execution of events, pre-empting issues on projects Must know how to tactfully deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems Responsible for working closely with different verticals within the organisation - Concepts, Design and Operations Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources and manpower to increase client satisfaction Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines Must be a team player, with calm and understanding but smart leadership qualities Must demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment
