    Creative

    - Liaise & communicate with all team members to ensure briefs are well understood & designs are as per client guidelines & requirements - Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information & materials - Visualize and create graphics including layouts, 3D visuals, walkthroughs, venue maps, production line drawings, 2D print files etc - Develop New Innovative & Path Breaking Concepts for clients with respect to their requirement for events. - Work with internal teams to generate highly appealing creative’s for pitches & proposals. - Presentation of Ideas visually and verbally. - Conceptualise event centric themes and collaterals along with the Client Servicing SPOC - Devise ideas and Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization. - To ensure highest quality of creativity. - To enable clients with Campaign based / Event based best designs as per budget and feasibility. - Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates & follow best practices - Strategize and do visualization of creative content, design and create PowerPoint presentation for the events. - Work independently under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. - Create an environment of healthy inter departmental coordination with other departments. - To be well versed with the brand guidelines of each of the clients - Participate and Deliver on all creative based requirements including sketches, 2D graphics, 3D - visualization, floor plans, CAD layouts, build drawings, print files etc. Skills set: Software proficiency in 2D and 3D software like 3D Max, Maya, V Ray, AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw etc. Qualifications: - Experience of 3 years and above in 3D 2D Design - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player and good learner - Good presentation skills - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills

    - Planning & Managing all Production & Operation requirements - Should have fabrication and AV knowledge - Ensure flawless event management and event execution for all projects. - Knowledge of New Technologies, artist, venue and vendors. - Create an effective and viable preferred vendor list . - Approach vendors and find the best (quality and cost effective solution) according to the budget. - Generate new options & ideas and increase profitability by giving best costs. - Co-ordinate with the creative team. - Always target on maintaining a good standard of production within given deadlines - Keep yourself updated with new technologies, anchors, stand ups, singers, special acts, motivational speakers etc - Build and Manage vendor relationship PAN India. - Front end clients, execute events . - Should be able to create an estimate excel pre event and closure sheet post event. - Should be prompt in responding to all servicing enquiries - Oversee end to end Event operations , from the brief to post event summary - Work in Sync with Client Servicing & Business teams . - Must HAVE knowledge of Sounds/Light/AV/Console Management/Virtual event / hybrid event - Keep an open and clear communication with the team as well as with the Operations Senior Manager so as to avoid any miss-communication and to get an immediate solution to the foreseen problem. - Responsible for materials received from the client during the activation / events and see to it that underutilized materials are sent back to the client. Keep a record of the same. *Preparing for post event deliverables such as make copies of Photographs and deliver it to client within a week of the event.
