Sr Marketing Executive
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
? Preparing annual Marketing plan
? Ensuring all off-line and online marketing initiatives are as per company goals and objectives - both financially and the brand proposition.
Creation of Marketing/Promotional Content
? Creating briefs for marketing initiatives
? Preparing write- ups for promotional activities
? Collaborating with external agencies & internal sales & technical team to create high-quality marketing resources like Catalogues, Brochures, posters, newsletters, Infographics, Datasheets, Presentations, Product Pictures & Videos, Product Packing Materials, Website and Email templates, Signage, Trade show collaterals, office stationary.
? Writing scripts for Inside Sales Activities
? Plan and coordinate event participation with sales team and event organizer.
? Manage all event operations – The facility selection, contracting, pricing, transportation, accommodations, food and beverage selections and audio/visual service arrangements.
? Undertaking all post event activities to convert leads to enquiries – data preparation, cold calling, email follow ups
? Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on Event ROI.
? Coordinate with relevant vendors for building and maintain the website
? Creating content for the website
? Maintain and update customer database on regular basis.
? Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
Social Media Marketing
? Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and additional relevant channels and
? Create posting on social media, blog, email, and other channels.
? Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
