  • Sr.Manager/Manager School Activation

    Client Servicing

    Job Description: • Prepare SOPs for different school contact programs to provide insight about the objective of the events/programs • Maintain and enhance database of School network of Pan-India with contact details • Prepare processes to execute SOPs effectively in the given deadline • Developing school program for kids by understanding the importance of Client requirement. • Plan events around Kid-Parent-School engagement, helping brands to connect with their target audience • Handling the current Activation programs across Pan India for SportzConsult. • Coordinating school program for kids and understanding the school requirement and conducting the school contact program. • Achieve the targeted reach of school contact program for allocated area with respect to the Annual plan in accordance with timelines. • Help marketing team coordinate in planning, coordinating and execution of event. • Coordinate and conduct school events and promote brand and increase brand visibility. • Understanding market trends and help the product management team with innovation in product. • Making detail analysis of school co-ordination plans and executing them • Detail mapping of school committee and management teams across pan India in order to build rapport for smooth functioning of the contact program. • Maintain a database of vendors across Pan India • Understanding of scheduling of sports games will be an advantage but not mandatory • Handling a team to execute Activation Programs and managing them. • Executing activations plans by identifying opportunities across Brands. • Drive new Brand initiatives. • Maintain a database of various locations & execute activities at target locations for the brand. • Handle negotiations with vendors to manage targets within marketing budgets. • Responsible towards creating Reports & MIS towards various activities executed. Education: Graduate/Post Graduate Salary Offered- As per the industry Standards.

    Job Description: Leading and managing large scale sports events across India. Responsibilities - Budgeting, vendor developments, planning & documentation and monitoring all aspects of sports events management. Desired experience - Pan India experience in handling events Pan India vendor network/contacts Experience in managing sports events, working with federations across India Experience in production of large scale events - sports events, shows, concerts etc Experience managing runs/marathons including permissions/govt liasoning etc Desired Skills - Costings, budgeting, Ops planning. Documentation - Scope of works, SOPs, event check lists, Ops ppts, roles & responsibilities, event timelines etc. Should have good excel and powerpoint skills Good written and verbal communication. Salary: Negotiable Work experience - 4-7 years.
