Specialising in corporate shows, wedding events, and mind-boggling mentalism acts, Zenia's performances are a blend of mystique, charm, and jaw-dropping magic that leave audiences in awe.

Her exceptional talent has earned her numerous international accolades, including the prestigious Merlin Award in 2015 – considered the "Oscars of Magic" – and a series of national awards that testify to her mastery of the craft. Notably, Zenia has been invited to Japan as an Ambassador of Friendship from India, further cementing her global recognition.

Zenia talks to EVENTFAQs Media about her incredible journey in the world of magic, her passion for mentalism, and how she continues to innovate and captivate audiences across the globe. She also shares her excitement about being a part of Entertainers Connect @ WOW Awards Asia 2025, where she will showcase her extraordinary talent to a wider audience.

1. What does being a part of the 11th edition of Entertainers Connect mean to you? How do you see it levelling up your work and boosting your presence in the industry?

I see this as a platform where I will get exposure to corporate and wedding event organizers who want the highest level of magic and mentalism entertainment for their clients.

2. What inspired you to choose this path as your profession? Now that you’ve spent time in the industry, what shifts or positive differences have you witnessed over time?

I have a passion for amazing people, and I'm darn good at it. I've put in tremendous practice and hard work from the age of 4 to now become known at the highest level in the world of magic. A profession that has been a male-dominated bastion for ages and a challenge to enter as a female! I'm happy that I succeeded in being recognized by getting the highest awards at the national and international levels.

3. How do you stay relevant and innovative in such a dynamic and evolving entertainment industry?

As in every field, the sophistication in the art of magic is increasing day by day. As a professional, I am abreast of the latest innovations and techniques in this field so that I can render the newest and most amazing entertainment to my clients.

4. What’s next for you? Are there any specific projects, formats, or collaborations you’re aiming to explore?

I intend to collaborate with the media and corporates on how magic can be used as a strong medium of communication and publicity! One of my fortes is doing magic with corporate products, which can not only be entertaining but also bring out their unique qualities. I have done several product launches through magic, and I want to popularise it further.

6. What’s your go-to trick for winning over a tough crowd? Do you have a mantra or phrase that you say to yourself before every performance?

I'm one of the rare artists with a telepathy act where I can be blindfolded and reveal what objects audiences are holding, numbers on their ID cards, PIN codes, the colour of their clothes, the name of who they are thinking of, etc. This is what I'm famous for and is my go-to effect.

7. What advice or message would you give to aspiring artists?

If you are performing for passion, then you don't have to work a single day of your life!
