SOUL Leadership Conclave 2025

The inaugural edition of the SOUL Leadership Conclave will take place on February 21-22, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The conclave will feature engaging discussions where distinguished speakers will share their personal leadership journeys, including their successes, challenges, and defining moments. The event aims to inspire the next generation of leaders to think boldly, challenge conventional norms, and lead with purpose to create a more inclusive future.

The conclave will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will feature H.E. Dasho Tshering Tobgay, Prime Minister of Bhutan, as the Guest of Honour for the inaugural session on Friday, February 21, 2025. As a staunch advocate of Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness Index, Dasho Tshering Tobgay has spoken at prominent global platforms such as the United Nations and TED, focusing on leadership, climate change, democracy, and happiness. In his Keynote Address, he will share valuable leadership lessons from his journey, including his pivotal role in Bhutan’s transition to a parliamentary democracy and as the founding president of the People’s Democratic Party.

The SOUL Leadership Conclave is an initiative of the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), a new privately funded leadership institution based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This unique event will bring together leaders from various sectors, including politics, business, media, sports, public policy, and social sectors, offering an opportunity to gain insights and inspiration from their leadership experiences.
