Ziro On Tour Signature Packaged Drinking Water

The first edition of Ziro On Tour presented by Signature Packaged Drinking Water concluded a magical night filled with soul-stirring songs and celebrations. Marking a new chapter for one of India’s premier music festivals, the event saw Hyderabad as the first city to host this iconic festival outside its home in Arunachal Pradesh.

The evening was a celebration of music, culture, and nature, with performances by legendary and emerging talents. Artists such as Rabbi Shergill, Shakthisree Gopalan, Taba Chake, Ram Miriyala, Chowraasta and many others made the audience sway to their tunes. From earthy notes of folk tunes to soul touching indie music, the diverse line-up offered an immersive experience that resonated with the hearts of Hyderabad’s music lovers.

In keeping with its values of sustainability and mindful living, Signature Packaged Drinking Water encouraged the audience to celebrate amidst nature while being conscious of its conservation. By providing ecofriendly practices such as water in recyclable bottles/cups and ensuring responsible hydration, Signature Packaged Drinking Water reinforced its dedication to minimizing the environmental footprint of large-scale events and festivals like Ziro On Tour.

Signature Packaged Drinking Water showcased its commitment to sustainability with a 12-ft mangrove-inspired installation by Bangalore artist Rahul KP at Taramati. This celebrates the brand’s three-year effort to restore Odisha’s mangrove cover, in partnership with IGSS, through 62 acres of rivershore plantation in Astrangapuri. Its long-standing tie with Ziro Festival further reflects its dedication to a greener future.

Varun Koorichh, VP Marketing and Portfolio Head, Diageo India said, "Signature is proud to be a part of Ziro On Tour as it makes its mark in Hyderabad. The festival represents the fusion of music, nature, and conscious living—values that deeply resonate with Signature Packaged Drinking Water. For us, this festival is an incredible opportunity to bring our commitment to being one with nature to life, forging a powerful synergy between independent music and ecological awareness. We hope all attendees are inspired not only to celebrate within nature but also to preserve it for future generations."

Anup Kutty, Co-Founder, Ziro Festival said, “Ziro Festival is not just about music but about fostering a deep connection with the environment, culture, and community. Over the years, the festival has become a melting pot of cultures, celebrating diverse genres and encouraging collaborations between local, national, and international artists. This year marks a significant milestone as the festival travels outside Arunachal Pradesh for the first time, shining a spotlight on Hyderabad. Hyderabad was chosen because of its vibrant cultural diversity and its ever-growing love for music and art.”

Bobby Hano, Co-Founder and Festival Director, Ziro Festival said, “The festival’s journey over the years has been transformative. Showcasing a blend of independent artists and traditional folk performers, it has grown from grassroots, bootstrapped event into an internationally recognised cultural celebration. We celebrate music from every corner of the world, but the festival has also played a crucial role in spotlighting the folk traditions of Arunachal Pradesh, including the Apatani culture.”

From earthy notes of folk tunes to soul touching indie music, the diverse line-up offered an immersive experience that resonated with the hearts of Hyderabad’s music lovers.
