Seagram’s Royal Stag BoomBox returns for its third edition, bringing together the timeless melodies of Bollywood and the energetic beats of contemporary hip-hop. Produced by Mirchi, the festival unveiled its exciting new lineup during an exclusive media preview in Mumbai on January 14, 2025.
This year, the festival aims to redefine the intersection of traditional and modern Indian music, staying true to the brand's bold "Living it Large" philosophy. Music has always been a central element of Royal Stag’s consumer engagement strategy, and the fusion of Bollywood and hip-hop is designed to resonate with today’s youth, known as Generation Large.
The festival will tour across four major youth-centric cities—Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, and Guwahati—offering headline musical performances, immersive art installations, and state-of-the-art AR/VR experiences. Building on the success of previous editions, which attracted nearly 100,000 attendees and garnered over 200 million digital views, this year’s festival will incorporate interactive elements like AI-driven personalization, allowing attendees to engage more deeply with the event. Additionally, for the first time, Royal Stag BoomBox will feature a dynamic gaming experience in partnership with Ampverse DMI Pulse, tapping into the growing fusion of gaming and entertainment. The festival will showcase EAFC 24 gaming showdowns, where top gaming influencers from each city will compete in high-energy face-offs, intensifying the event's interactive atmosphere.
Beyond live performances, the festival will also produce in-studio collaborations blending melodic and hip-hop elements. These collaborations will result in original tracks, which will be released as singles along with music videos, ensuring the festival’s impact extends beyond the live event and continues to engage fans across digital platforms.
