Saudi Arabia's 'Spectacular Saudi' event, hosted by the Saudi Tourism Authority and organized by Memories Events Management, has officially opened in Mumbai. Running from September 24 to October 2 at R2 Ground in BKC, this eight-day event offers a glimpse into Saudi Arabia’s culture, traditions, and landscapes.

The event decor featured mountain structures inspired by the AlUla Mountains, complemented by an installation of Saudi Sadu with traditional patterns. Lavender flowers provided a subtle accent, while a mirrored entrance reflected the architecture of AlUla and elements of Saudi heritage. Hot air balloons floated above, creating an inviting atmosphere that encouraged attendees to experience the richness of Saudi Arabia firsthand.
The opening night saw prominent Bollywood personalities such as Vicky Kaushal, Shraddha Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Sunil Shetty, Kunal Khemu and others in attendance. Memories Events Management ensured the smooth execution of the event, with a focus on creating an atmosphere that celebrated the fusion of Saudi and Indian cultures.
Key highlights included installations inspired by Saudi’s iconic AlUla Mountains, traditional Sadu patterns, and the natural beauty of lavender flowers. Every detail was carefully planned to provide visitors with an authentic experience of Saudi Arabia.
