Dr. Rinkle Sangoi began her career as a medical practitioner under the world-renowned cardiologist Dr. Ramakant Panda at Asian Heart Institute. At a young age, she took on the responsibility of brand management and made a significant impact. With encouragement from her guru, Padma Bhushan Dr. Panda, and a passion for marketing and people, she decided to shift her focus toward an industry that was still evolving.

On the other hand, Mr. Ankit Kapoor hails from Gwalior, a Tier-II city where professional opportunities were limited. His passion for events led him to become one of the few who intentionally pursued a career in event management. Leaving Gwalior, he embarked on a solo journey to Pune, where he studied at EMDI, met various mentors, and honed his creative abilities. These experiences eventually got him to take a leap of faith and travel to the city of dreams, Mumbai.

It was in Mumbai where fate brought Dr. Rinkle and Ankit together. At a young age and with little to fall back on, they decided to launch something that would leave a mark on the world. As partners when they learned about each other’s strengths and weaknesses, both personally and professionally, they initiated their first venture: Éclat Media Worldwide.

Dr. Rinkle's expertise in marketing and communications paired perfectly with Ankit's talent for curating unforgettable events. When asked in the interview how their partnership is special and how it works, Ankit with his now lesser known wit quoted the Joker: "She completes me."

After the laughter subsided, Ankit said that “It's difficult to say what makes it special, because I'm living it. I think only someone from the outside could truly see it.”
