On 31 May 2024, Panda & Sons will take over Copitas at Four Seasons Bengaluru for an exclusive evening of Frozen Cocktails and creative libations. This collaboration with The Dram Attic and Bacardi promises a night to remember.

Nicky Craig, General Manager, Panda & Sons and a mixology expert, will lead the evening at Copitas, showcasing his expertise in crafting frozen cocktails. Founded in 2013 by bartender lain McPherson, known as The Cocktail Panda, Panda & Sons is dedicated to creating outstanding cocktail experiences in a welcoming environment. The bar is famous for its pioneering freezing techniques, transforming the art of cocktail creation.

This menu, a top four finalist at the Spirited Awards, delves into advanced freezing techniques with chapters like Switching, Sous Pression, Freeze Drying and Cryo concentration.
