With over 23 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new roles.

Before joining IHG Hotels and Resorts, Gaurav spent 22 years with Marriott International, where he held various key positions, including General Manager, Resident Manager, and Director of Rooms, at prominent locations across India. His recent tenure as General Manager at Goa Marriott Resort and Spa saw him successfully driving overall property performance, enhancing profitability, and ensuring unparalleled guest experiences.

In his new capacity, Gaurav will oversee the operations and strategic initiatives of IHG properties in Southwest Asia while also leading the team at Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram, to further elevate guest satisfaction and drive business success.
