The legislation is designed to provide a comprehensive legal framework for the tourism sector, focusing on aspects like the registration of tourist-related facilities.

The government's strategy involves differentiating tourism approaches, advocating high-end experiences for wildlife destinations and mass tourism for religious and destination spots.
