WOW Awards - Asia’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment and Wedding industry is all set to host its 14th edition on 13 and 14 July 2023, at JIO World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

With a two-phased judging process by jury members, audited and validated by KPMG, awards will be announced during the glittering ceremony. Each Jury member is selected from complementing backgrounds with extensive experience in the industry to ensure complete transparency in the judging process. Jury members are particularly very knowledgeable and thus have an upper hand in deciding the most deserving winner.

Experiential Marketing known as Group A is all about campaigns, events, activities, initiatives of brands, corporations, associations, government bodies, etc. for the purpose of promotion, communication, and marketing. Experiential Marketing Awards have 39 categories which will be judged by a panel of expert jury members.

The esteemed Jury of Experiential Marketing Group are:

Pavan Singh, General Manager Marketing, Amul India

General Manager Marketing at Amul India - GCMMF and Head Dairy Products Division. As Marketing Head of Amul’s dairy products business, my portfolio includes Amul's flagship dairy product categories along with wide range of emerging and upcoming product categories. My responsibility includes continuous growth acceleration in volumes and value, enhancement in market share as well as portfolio profitability, category expansion, synergistic businesses diversification, macro supply chain management, customer base expansion, penetration into new geographies, investment planning and general health management of the business. For my portfolio, I am also responsible for long term strategic planning, creating business roadmaps including macro-forecasts for both demand and supply side of the business. Till recent past, I have also headed Amul’s Modern Trade and E-Commerce business for a decade. I am also responsible for new business diversification synergistic with my portfolio, including identification, development, evaluation, commercialization and eventual launch of new products. I am also part of the core team of brand custodians for Brand Amul responsible for planning and executing all activities aimed at managing & strengthening equity of the umbrella brand. 

Rachna Khanna, Chief Marketing Officer & Content Strategist, WeAce

Meet Rachna Khanna, Chief Marketing Officer & Content Strategist at WeAce, a leading figure in the marketing industry with over 23+ years of experience in building brands and leading the marketing and communication function. An architect turned marketeer, Rachna has fulfilled diverse roles both at the agency and the business side to create value at many levels – strategic, organisational and operational. In the process, had the privilege of creating and implementing many innovative marketing campaigns & solutions for multiple brands across a spectrum of industries. 

Rachna currently leads the marketing function as the Chief Marketing Officer at WeAce - a women-first platform on a mission to gender balance workplaces through skilling and career development solutions, where she continues to help create unique and impactful brand communication with integrated strategies that scale different channels, media and digital platforms - for both b2c and b2b markets. An IIM A and NYU alumnus, Rachna is an AI and mar-tech enthusiast, a certified life & leadership coach, an active industry mentor and a committed DEI advocate. 

Raghuveer Singh, Director Marketing, ZEE5

Raghuveer Singh - A marketing professional with 13+ years of marketing experience across the retail, finance & entertainment industry. Currently working as Director Marketing at ZEE5 and have worked with Aditya Birla Capital, TATA Trent, and HyperCity Retail India in my past assignments. Awarded with Business Mint 40 under 40 as an Industry Marketing expert for OTT category in 2022.

Rahul Pansare, Head Marketing & PR, Jeep Stellantis India

With over 18 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Building, Business Development, Sales and Channel Management in diverse industries such as FMCG, Entertainment & Automobile. Proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing networks, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment to enhance productivity innovatively. 

Rajesh Kumar, Sports Marketing Manager, Red Bull

Experienced Sports Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the sports and advertising industry. Skilled in Sales, Sponsorship, Marketing, Business Strategy and Event Management. MBA from MDI, Gurgaon and Diploma in Sports Management from Leipzig University, Germany.

Rohan Atal, Senior Manager Marketing, iQOO India

With over 12 years in marketing, I drive experiential marketing at iQOO India, the high-performance premium smartphone brand, by vivo Mobiles. Am quite passionate about marketing and specialize in creating authentic brand campaigns and experiences that not just delight but also move consumers. A firm believer in the power of consumers, I connect with them as much as possible to get some of the best and most inspiring insights. A true party freak, an avid car enthusiast, traveller!!

Royston Fernandes, General Manager - Brand Building and Experiential Events ( Marketing ), UltraTech Cement 

With more than 2 decades of experience in this field, Royston has spearheaded transformational and innovative solutions for brands and businesses that have helped to leverage brand from imagery and reach objectives –recognized and awarded across prestigiousindustry platforms. 

From his early days of working as Brand executive with Wizcraft International  Entertainment, Royston has championed multiple roles with assignments and  portfolios ranging from corporate clients to state and government projects to Intellectual international properties and Reality show production for Television  marketing.  

Royston’s’ foray into the corporate brand segment was to lead in the  transformation of brand imagery from “mass” to “luxury”. The move from  owning to being” luxury” led to the creation of one of the most iconic  platforms in the branded jewellery segment and the evolution of the – Gitanjali  Luxury Style Fest – a premium luxury showcase bringing together key  international brands and investors.  

In his current role with India’s No 1 Cement brand -UltraTech (part of the  Aditya Birla Group), Royston has a proven record of driving “industry first  “initiatives year on year for the brand businesses across various target  segments.

Sachin Tagra, Managing Partner, JSW Ventures

Sachin is the Managing Partner at JSW Ventures, an early stage tech focussed VC fund.  Before joining JSW Ventures, he was leading Capital18, media & venture investment division of Network18 group. He had also set up the early stage investment model of Brand Capital, Times Group and has been investing in start-ups since 2014.

Prior to the investing domain, Sachin has driven P&Ls of large businesses in consumer, retail and media sectors with large corporates including Reliance Retail, Times Group, The Friedman Group US and have made significant contributions from the start-up phase to scaling up. He was the Co-Founder & Board Director of GetVantage, India’s first revenue-based financing platform for ecommerce businesses and has recently exited it. He serves on the boards of both listed and unlisted tech start-ups which includes Homesfy, Zvolv, CureSkin and HealthPlix. He was recognized as ‘Top 6 Most Active Angel Investors in H1 2019’ by Inc42.
