With spring summer right around the corner, it is the season of fashion previews by brands and German footwear brand Birkenstock hosted an event on March 2. The event was conceptualised, designed and executed by TOAST Events keeping in mind the brand’s sustainable ethos and its iconic legacy and heritage. The event was attended by the some of the coolest names in fashion and lifestyle, from media to influencers and even celebrities from the latest hit-show The Class.

The product journey experience was inspired by the concept of 'House of Birkenstock' which invited guests to familiarise themselves with the brand’s various footwear offerings showcasing 4 different product categories and their best-suited utilities. The idea was to highlight that irrespective of the venue, or occasion, you could pair a classy set of Birkenstocks with your look. TOAST Events created an open structure that featured an airport lounge, a sandy beach, a café and a grunge rock-band set-up. We invited guests to walk through each of these 4 zones, experiencing the products relevant to each space and creating content.

The brand celebrated anniversaries of the iconic collections of Madrid (1963), Arizona (1973) and Gizeh (1983) as well as brought down their super popular 1774 collection. For their latest spring summer line, TOAST creates an actual garden set-up with the footwear being displayed as rising from it. To keep the guests engaged, TOAST had also planned an activity zone which was divided into 3 parts - Customisation, Relaxation & Gaming.
