Experiential Marketing Group WOW Awards Asia 2023

WOW Awards - Asia’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment and Wedding industry is all set to host its 14th edition on 13 and 14 July 2023, at JIO World Convention Centre in Mumbai.

The WOW Awards Asia 2023 is now open for entries in 115 categories across 5 groups. The five groups of categories are Experiential Marketing Awards (Group A), Experiential Celebrations Awards (Group B), Experiential Tech Awards (Group C), Hotel & Venue Awards (Group D) and Live Quotient Awards (Group E).

With a two-phased judging process by jury members, audited and validated by KPMG, awards will be announced during the glittering ceremony. Each Jury member is selected from complementing backgrounds with extensive experience in the industry to ensure complete transparency in the judging process. Jury members are particularly very knowledgeable and thus have an upper hand in deciding the most deserving winner.

Experiential Marketing known as Group A is all about campaigns, events, activities, initiatives of brands, corporations, associations, government bodies, etc. for the purpose of promotion, communication, and marketing. Experiential Marketing Awards have 39 categories which will be judged by a panel of expert jury members.

The esteemed Jury of Experiential Marketing Group are:

Abhinav Iyer, Sr. GM - Marketing & Strategy, Muthoot Finance

Over the last 10 years in Muthoot Finance, Abhinav has led a plethora of transformational marketing initiatives including engagement of Amitabh Bachchan as the Brand Ambassador, partnering with Chennai Super Kings as their Principal Team Sponsor, associating with Indian Super League (ISL), Jaipur Pink Panthers to name a few. Recently, Abhinav has also additionally engaged Madhuri Dixit as Muthoot Finance’s Brand Ambassador alongside Amitabh Bachchan. 

Abhinandan Gopalsetty, Head - Sales & Marketing, BMW Motorrad India 

Anchal Kaushal, National Customer Marketing Head, DIAGEO India 

A Marketing Professional with close to 18 years of work experience across the marketing functions of – Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Management and Marketing Communications. Of these 18 years, she has spent 14 years in the alco-bev industry. Anchal started her career with Bharti Airtel  across the functions of Product Marketing & Marketing Communications. 

Jiten Mahindra, VP - Head & Marketing, Byju's 

Seasoned Marketing professional with qualitative experience acquired over the years in new product development. Expertise in creating ROI driven marketing strategy, loyalty program & analytics to lead the customer journey from offline to omnichannel ecosystem.

Puneet Bekal, Director Marketing, Mastercard 

Puneet is a results-driven marketing professional with over 16 years of experience in the industry. His experience includes orchestration of India's largest award-winning campaigns to drive business & brand impact for Fortune 500 companies across FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Real Estate & Fintech with noteworthy accolades like Emvies, Effies, Abbys, Smarties, Mobbys, Golden Mikes and more.

Rahul Dutta, Director Marketing, Microsoft India 

Rahul is a marketing professional with 20+ years of experience in managing lifestyle tech Brands. He knows the term ‘lifestyle’ is thrown around a lot, and for us; it’s usually about storytelling and engaging with the customers. But nurturing a lifestyle brand to build a profitable business takes time, intentional efforts and a little bit of ‘je ne sais quoi’. 

Rajesh Srivastava, Head - Marketing Communications, Nissan Motor India 

Rajesh has 20+ years of experience in the mobility business. Ronak Sheth, Head - Marketing & Client Exp, 360 ONE

Ronak is responsible for successfully leading the marketing transformation at 360 ONE (formerly known as IIFL Wealth & Asset Management), including the integration of the Marketing, Branding and Communication functions, the development of its experiential platform, and build strategic business value through deployment of cutting-edge marketing-led activities.

Saikot Das, Marketing Director South Asia, Middle East & Africa, Levi Strauss & CO.

19 + years of cross functional experience across industries like Lifestyle, FMCG, Media & Commodity Trading and in leading organisations like Levi Strauss, Colgate Palmolive, Marico, Walt Disney and Olam International.

Sheeladitya Mohanty, Marketing Manager - India & South Asia, Meta 

Sheeladitya joined Nokia India as a Management Trainee and have worked across marketing, retail, sales and apps marketing functions. Then moved to Microsoft as a Business Evangelist for the Mobility and Cloud platforms working with Consumer and Commercial App companies. He is currently the Consumer Marketing Manager for India & South Asia at Facebook, after a 18 month stint working as the Platform Marketing Manager for India.
