Creative Minds conceptualises a gala night for doctors ‘Doctors Awards Night 2023’, by Gleneagles Global Hospitals, on February 11 at The Lalit Ashok, Bengaluru.
Gleneagles Global Hospitals goal was to recognise and honor the dedication and service of all the doctors and team members who have been part of the organization since its establishment. To achieve this, they had planned a Long Standing Awards event called Doctors Awards Night 2023. The purpose of the event was to motivate and inspire the team by making them feel valued and appreciated. This was an excellent opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of the doctors and team members, and to demonstrate the organisation's gratitude for their contributions. Overall, the Doctors Awards Night 2023 proved to be a memorable and rewarding event for all involved.
The event kickstarted with a small message from the Hospital Team and the Emcee, Navyatha Sagar, which was followed by a short talk by Ravi Sreedharan, Founder of Indian School of Development Management who was also the chief guest for the day.
Creative minds started with the main agenda which was the felicitation of the honourable doctors and team members where they were felicitated in a special way. They walked from the backstage through a split LED tech where the LED Wall splits from the center and the Awardee entered along with a spotlight over him. The awardee was made seated on a high rest KING chair and honored with a Garland, Award, Basket full of Healthy Fruits, A Silver Coin and Love. The use of LED technology to spotlight and honor the awardees added a unique and modern touch to the event, which can help make it stand out in the minds of attendees and make it more memorable.
After the Awards, the floor was opened for Dance where they danced full of their heart and left with a bucket full of memories and fun. Finally, the inclusion of a dance floor allowed attendees to let loose and have some fun after a night of formalities, which can help build morale and create a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved.
