TOAST Events ends February with a Series of Bumper Events in the Same Week

Events have been back with a bang and TOAST Events team has been busy creating magic for its clients with non-stop experiences and activations that have been the talk of the town. February in particular had back-to-back bumper events for TOAST, with 3 of the largest ones being hosted in the same week. Japanese brand UNIQLO hosted their SS23 preview for media and influencers on Feb 23 & 24, Shaadi by Marriott Bonvoy, the grand wedding sangeet was hosted on Feb 25, and Budweiser was leading the music arena with their presence at VH1 Supersonic from Feb 24 to 26. All three events were conceptualised, designed and produced by TOAST end to end.

Spring summer season with UNIQLO has always been an incredible journey for TOAST EVENTS. It always promises to be exquisite, and it perfectly captures the vibe of the season with the right assortment of colours, silhouettes & technology as their clothes helps you to be yourself and feel good in yourself.

This season’s theme was 'The Art of Everyday Life' which was reimagined & illustrated by considering the smallest details that have the power to elevate each moment in the day. The press preview was spread across 2 days; Day 1 had a lot of Influencers & KOL’s whereas Day 2 witnessed for the first time a few customers and friends of the brand. The collection was inspired by the concept of 'The Art of Everyday Life' which showcased lots of colour, casuals, technology driven apparel, UV Protection which pursue both functionality and fashion & designer collaborations. The brand also spoken about AIRism which continues to evolve as a highly functional fabric that provides comfort round the year as an indispensable part of LifeWear.

Also planned a section for the first time in India to have a Flower cart, Café & a UT Claw Machine for the guests to take away a lot of surprises & the concept which the brand promotes. Learning, understanding & working in tandem with the global brand like UNIQLO has always been a wonderful journey for us.


Toast Events brought alive Budweiser & all its brands – Budweiser Beats and Budweiser Magnum at the 8th edition of Vh1 Supersonic 2023.

Curating one-of-its-kind experiences, Budweiser Beats was imagined and created as a fuelling station – perfect for the youth to refuel at, and participate in some engaging activities. Festivalgoers queued up for face & glitter painting and to get their live polaroid pictures clicked for their social media. There was also a t-shirt and tote bag customisation zone with unique designs that were created by well known artist SriIllustrator exclusively for this event.

For Budweiser, along with the brand took a culinary route, inviting consumers to pair their brews with specially created Bud Burgers. A completely customised Bud & Burgers food truck belted out branded delicacies for the crowds to enjoy. Taking this culinary experience one step further we partnered with70- year old Husseny bakery in Pune to bring to fore the legendary Shrewsbury biscuit in a new format called the Brewsbury. A specially created food truck at the festival retailed these branded biscuits and in a small way it was the brand’s way of paying ode to the original iconic biscuit that has its origins in Pune.

The ultra-uber/ extravagant Budweiser Magnum Bars were also the highlight which had running content in the respective zones.


Shaadi by Marriott is an IP that the team at TOAST has been a part of from the very beginning, and this time the celebration was grander than ever. The event was conceptualised to showcase Marriott Hotels around India as the ultimate wedding destination and the strengths & services of the brand when it comes to hosting wedding events and functions of all kinds and sizes. From culinary excellence to, grand lawns and ballrooms, to having some of the best wedding decorators empanelled and a host of other services Marriott & its umbrella of hotels are truly unparalleled when it comes to bespoke weddings.

Shaadi by Marriott Bonvoy was a display of this prowess by Marriot and TOAST executed this idea by means of organising the biggest Sangeet ceremony ever. To put together this biggest sangeet in India, the two most eligible bachelors from B-Town were brought together. Karan Johar in the role of Sutradhar/ the host with Tiger Shroff the epitome of a 'one-man army' performer, and master magician Shiamak Davar himself created and choreographed the entire show.

The celebration was modelled after a conventional sangeet night, during which the bride's and groom's sides competed through dance and music. A fun-filled night of stage performances, music, and entertainment was followed by an extravagant culinary feast with dedicated food stations, a bar that sparkled in the night and kept everyone’s spirits high and a beautifully curated dessert tent that truly highlighted Marriott’s prowess at Indian and world cuisine.

Celebrities including Anil Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Sonam Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Maheep Kapoor, to name a few, were seen enjoying this biggest Sangeet of the Year, produced by TOAST events for Marriott.
