After hosting numerous events for the Telangana government, Shivaani was once again roped in by them to host The Mobility Next Hyderabad summit which was scheduled for 6 February at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, India. The summit was witnessed by global leaders, eminent academicians, business leaders and policymakers discussing the future of sustainable mobility. It showcased the global EV ecosystem and provided a platform for the world to witness the strengths & capabilities of the global electric vehicle industry, along with significant international participation. 

During the summit, Telangana government announced India's first new mobility-focused cluster, Telangana Mobility Valley (TMV), as a part of the Hyderabad E-Mobility Week, to further accelerate the growth of sustainable mobility in India. Through this TMV aims to attract investments of around Rs 50,000 crore and generate more than 4 lakh jobs in the next 5 years. 

The week featured top global and domestic companies exhibiting next-gen electrification technologies, innovative products and solutions in the EV and energy storage systems space. The flagship event of the Telangana Government was held from 5-11 February 2023 and culminated with India’s first Formula E-race on 10-11 February 2023. The event was managed by the Wizcraft team.

Sen also hosted the Hyderabad E Motor Show. The event witnessed leading automobile/component brands including Apollo, Mahindra, Amara Raja, Citroen, TVS, ETO Motors, Ola, MG Motor, Switch Mobility, Piaggio, BYD, Hyundai, and ZF among others.

Speaking about hosting the futuristic event, Shivaani said, “I had to be on my toes the entire time and not just the three days, but right from the signing of the MOU and people already knew me as the host of the event.”

“The biggest challenge for me was that I had to have a very fine balance between not only being a corporate anchor but a government anchor as well, maintaining the protocols, the respect of the state, coordinating with the event team, knowing their sensibilities and understanding the client better and not missing out on anything. Infact during the initial conversation with the IT and electronics department, I also helped them in suggesting the artists name within the state for the entertainment requirement for the VIP gala night. I also helped the them connect with some of the Entertainers for the VIP gala night that were more suited to the occasion & audience.”

Along with this, we have also observed that Shivaani understands the sensitivity of how government events take place and hence she handles them very well.”

Recently, Shivaani also hosted the G20 Cultural Evening at Taj Falaknuma Palace.
