On behalf of the Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal, the undersigned invites e-NIQ from resourceful Tourism management agencies dealing with hospitality sector for logistic support, local transport, accommodation and allied miscellaneous activities related to the ITB Berlinto showcase W B Tourism in the pavilion of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India to be held during the period from March 7 to 9.
Who can bid?
Suitable Event Management/Tourism ManagementCompany dealing with the hospitality sector for airport transfer for the up and back journey at Berlin, local transport at Berlin etc, boarding and lodging at Berlin etc from March 7 to 9, 2023.
How to bid?
Interested agencies may download the details of the tender from the e-tender portal at https://wbtenders.gov.in & https://wbtourism.gov.in and the same may submit the proposal through the e-tender portal at https://wbtenders.gov.in.
Tenders are to be submitted through online to the website wbtenders.gov.in in two folders at a time for each work, one in Technical Proposal & the other is Financial Proposal before the prescribed date & time using the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
