Rajasthan Export Promotion Council is hosting ‘Rajasthan International Expo-2023’ at Jodhpur from March 20-22. Rajasthan International Expo 2023 is a mosaic of Rajasthan’s diversity and aims to bring in dynamic participation from handicrafts to jewelry, ceramics and other sector to be displayed on a wide scale in this international expo. There will be more than 500 exhibitors from more than 300 industries along with more than 10000 visitors.
Rajasthan Export Promotion Council, Jaipur reserves the right to reject any or all the bids submitted in response to this RFP document at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Rajasthan Export Promotion Council, Jaipur also reserves right to withhold or withdraw the process at any stage with intimation to all who have submitted their bids in response to this RFP.
The tender is now open and the last day for submission is 30.01.2023 at 3:00 PM
Who can bid?
The potential bidder is required to construct Hangars/Domes , facilities, cafeteria, stalls, reception and office, etc. Companies who can get Rajasthan to compete with other top states excelling in the export segment, promote local manufacturers who wish to export their products in international markets. Provide mentorship to the local manufacturers and guiding them regarding the technical aspects of the export licensing procedures, connect manufactures with the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council.
How to bid?
Sealed bids are invited from eligible, reputed, qualified bidders with sound technical and financial capabilities for selection of event management agency for managing, execution and implementation including conceptualization of overall event based on the nature and venue.
Through this RFP, technically qualified bidders who can provide the deliverables based on the layout mentioned in Annexure A shall be shortlisted for the opening of financial bids wherein one event management agency shall be selected for management and execution of Rajasthan International Expo -2023.
