Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu has released a tender for the Event Management agencies for Engaging the services of an Event Manager for planning, organising, coordinating of various events and for managing of social media and publicity for the conduct of the Chief Minister’s Trophy 2022 -23.
Who can bid?
The scope of work includes planning, organising, coordinating of the events and managing of social media and publicity for the conduct of the Chief Minister’s Trophy 2022 -23. The period of work shall be from the day of issue of work order till May 2023 ie, till completion of CM Trophy 2022-23.
The bidder shall be a registered firm (Propriety/LLP/Company) under appropriate acts of Government of India or Tamil Nadu. (A copy of registration of the firm shall be attached) and shall be in existence for atleast three years as on 31.03.2023.
Average annual turnover of the bidder for any three of the past five financial years (2017-18 to 2021-22) shall not be less than Rs.90 lakhs from Event Management activity including social media management.
The firm should be assessed for Income Tax, hence copies of IT returns filed for the last five assessment years, that is, for 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 be enclosed.
How to bid?
Tender shall be submitted in Two Cover System (Part A and Part B). The tender shall be submitted at the Office of SDAT mentioned in the notification.
The tender document can be downloaded at free of cost from the website www.sdat.tn.gov.in.
The Tenderer shall download corrigendum, if any, published subsequently and submit along with the tender. Otherwise the tender will be rejected. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to check and have knowledge of any corrigendum / amendment issued and uploaded on the above websites.
