Meltwater Events Conceptualizes & Executes Fun Fair for Orchid International School across 7 states

Orchid International School, celebrated, a one of kind mega celebration along with the kids and their parents where a fun fair was held in 32 branches across India in 7 states, on the occasion of Children's Day.
Meltwater Events from Mumbai was appointed as the event execution agency for this. The process and planning began in October where Meltwater had the opportunity to execute the type of event where they specialize in.
The theme of the event was ‘Relive your Childhood’ where the parents got a chance to spend a day with their children and cherish their times as children. The funfair had lots of attraction zones, activities for all and a play area for the smaller ones. The attendees had a gala time enjoying the live shows, fun games and all the entertainment. The goal was to create an atmosphere where kids and parents enjoy their time to their fullest.
Viraj Sankhe, projet lead, Meltwater Events said, “The event was very challenging as it was meant for kids & parents, & creating a joyful experience in all 32 locations was a task in hand for the entire team. All thanks to the Orchid International School for trusting us to win this over.”
The event attracted close to 20,000 people from all the branches and made it a grand success.
