We were ALL IN for the Colors TV's Dance Reality show 'Dance Deewane Juniors' when we bagged the mandate for both the Press Conference and Multi-City Mall Activation.
It was a high-energy press conference organized on April 8th, 2022, recreating a kid's amusement park and carnival theme that encapsulates the fun energy of the Juniors which aimed to ignite and encourage children's interest in dance and music. The Setup featured a huge Ferris wheel, ice cream candies, and funky props in bright colours that set the tone for hardcore dance acts on stage by the Juniors. From doing energetic moves to matching up with the scale of music, the “Dance Deewane Juniors” kids wowed everyone on stage at The Westin Mumbai in front of judges such as legendary Bollywood actress Neetu Kapoor, Actress and dancer Nora Fatehi, and well-known choreographer Marzi Pestonji. The media loved the fun banter between Karan and Marzi. Neetu and Nora also added more to the entertainment quotient with their hilarious conversation and epic dance moves.
The media visitors engaged in intense hard-core dancing in a uniquely designed thematic 360-degree dance GIF booth in exchange for quick video clips shared on the spot to be shared on social media. The Photo Opportunity on Stage was a special large cut-out that integrated the letters ‘DDJ’ into the stage. This was cleverly designed to be moved ahead just for the photo opportunity, which created an exciting and memorable highlight moment concluding the Press Conference.
To promote the show further, ALL IN Events broke through the clutter in partnership with COLORS TV to connect with the general audience via Mall Activations using Augmented Reality (AR) for the promotion of Dance Deewane Juniors across multiple cities - Mumbai, Delhi, Indore, Bhopal, and Ahmedabad.
The #DancewithNoraChallenge concept was created with the primary goal of enticing viewers and giving them a chance to shake a leg with the fabulous Nora Fatehi using AR. Nora Fatehi launched the ‘Dance with Nora Challenge’ on her Instagram, inviting the viewers to join her. Nora was seen teaching dance moves of her popular dance tracks including the DDJ title track to the participants in AR. The contestants had the chance to pick one of their favourite Nora songs from the available five and compete against the legendary dancer who was present beside them through a pre-recorded sequence that was gamified where she performed various dance styles and gave advice to the viewers about improving their performance. To add to this fun activity, Karan Kundra hosted some of these sessions live and interacted with the audience through Augmented Reality across 3 cities in a span of an hour. He invited the crowd to challenge Nora for a dance-off, bringing his wit and charm to each session. The interactive and sharable experience created by ALL IN enabled participants to showcase their dancing across the digital canvas. The unique QR codes were generated automatically as soon as participants completed their performance, enabling all participants to download the sequence of dance immediately.
Our innovative AR on-ground activation revolutionized the dance interaction Campaigns and top-tier technology enabled us to fulfil our promise of connecting more people to their favourite dance show through a very entertaining digital experience. After this successful campaign, Team ALL IN said, “COLORS TV trusted us with a completely new technology for them and we are happy that we could deliver and see such a massive response from the Crowd. We were proud to be part of this Deewangi More, Dance Hardcore Campaign and Press Conference"
This event and activation were the biggest promotional efforts to promote the first season of Dance Deewane Juniors, a new dance-based children’s reality show on COLORS TV.
