Hitchkey Weddings Jaipur City Palace The Lalit
A beautiful wedding planned and executed by Hitchkey Weddings was hosted at the City Palace and The Lalit in Jaipur for Prachi and Shaleen.
All the guests were welcomed with beautifully curated hampers loaded with goodies and basic necessities in each room for guests.
Set amidst the beautiful lawn of The Lalit, Jaipur, the festivities started with a fun pastel themed mehendi function. With pastel blooms, Criss cross drapes, and pretty floral touches, the décor at this mehndi, infused the venue with elegance and a contemporary charm. A wide range of exotic pastel flowers in volumes were aesthetically placed around the stage set up along with a jhula making it a perfect shabby chic. The couple entered on a decked-up tricycle. Rousing music and dance were the highlight of this fun event. The bride’s love for Pani Puri was showcased by installing a corner called “Prachi’s Pani Puri Stall” where guests relished pani puri shots.
Later, the evening witnessed a Glitter & Glam themed sangeet night. The revelries unraveled, beautifully enveloped in the rich, sensuous monochrome palette with equal parts of chic and elegance. An alluring verdant passage with a huge book installation ornamented with floral décor and their wedding hashtag, opened up to a magical night of opulence. Hitchkey had designed their love story books and had split it into 8 chapters, with each chapter being the unique centerpiece, aesthetically adorning the guest tables for the evening. The plush couple seating had an enchanting, tall vertical floral installation within geometric standees. The addition at the bar were with quirky quotes. Smiles & Spirits with botanical theme was the theme for the bar. The drinks were servered by Flaming Trio Team.
The next morning was followed by the theme Haldi-Holi with Pomp and splendor. For this ceremony, the sunshine themed décor complemented the aesthetics with geometric structures with rajanigandha strings, dressed up with a pop of vivid hues and gold accents. A blast of vibrancy and color, this haldi was all about the couple and their loved ones having a fun time together.
Finally, the wedding took place at Pritam Chowk of City Palace, where the Maharani resides. The groom entered on a floral chariot with a highly energized Jia Band. When the baraat entered the venue, they were welcomed with flower shower and a playback of Prachi s father recording of a very heartwarming speech played in the background. The bride entered with 11 priests holding huge diyas and chanting mantras with instrumental flute music playing in the background. For the varmala ceremony, the team lit the venue with 120 cold pyros along with flower shower on the couple. The phera mandap was inspired by the Amer Fort’s Sheesh Mahal with rich and regal glass inlay design called thikri work. The rectangular seating/dining area was decorated with chandelier and rose bouquets as centerpieces. Candle installation throughout the venue looked beautiful.
The bride shared her thought, Prachi said, “Hitchkey team truly bring your vision to life. I felt calm and at peace with Aayushi around. She is great to work with and the entire team is extremely patient and understanding. I highly recommend them for your dream come true. Good luck!”
