WOW Awards 2022 Experiential Marketing Group Ayaaz Khan Raghavendra Rao Keerthi Vardhan Reddy

WOW Awards - Asia’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment and Wedding industry is all set to host its 13th edition.

The WOW Awards Asia 2022 is now open for entries in 125 categories across 5 groups. The five groups of categories are Experiential Marketing (Group A), Experiential Celebrations (Group B), Experiential Management (Group C), Experiential Venues (Group D) and Live Quotient (Group E).

With a two-phased judging process by jury members, audited and validated by KPMG, awards will be announced during the glittering ceremony. Each Jury member is selected from complementing backgrounds with extensive experience in the industry to ensure complete transparency in the judging process. Jury members are particularly very knowledgeable and thus have an upper hand in deciding the most deserving winner.

Ayaaz Khan, Vice President, Marketing, Max Life Insurance

An industry veteran with over 14 years of experience, Ayaaz has consistently built world-class marketing capabilities for the organizations that he worked with while building business revenue and brand. Ayaaz has strong leadership and communication skills with a reputation for instilling enthusiasm, optimism and leading teams to achieve shared goals. He has previously served as the custodian of brands like Lava International Limited, Coca-Cola, Maaza & Minute Maid. His stint in advertising has some top organizations like Tag Worldwide, Rediffusion Y&R and Lowe Lintas where he helped build some iconic brands namely Maruti Suzuki, Airtel, Hindustantimes, Fever 104 FM, Havells, Hewlett Packard, Unillever and many more.

Raghavendra Rao, Managing Director, Global Marketing and Communications Lead, Accenture Operations

Raghavendra (Raghu) Rao is the Global Marketing + Communications Lead for Accenture Operations. In this role, Raghu works with his team of M+C professionals worldwide, to drive strategic programs that helps Accenture build client relationships, enhance differentiation and position Accenture as a leader in business process services. He has over 27 years of work experience in Public Relations, Marketing & Communications and has spent over 19 years with Accenture in multiple roles in across their Technology and Operations businesses.

Keerthi Vardhan Reddy, Head Marcom, Mobile, Telemedia, DTH & Bank – AP & Telangana

Keerthi Vardhan Reddy, popularly called as Keerthi, has over 18 years of work experience in Events, Time Share, Media & Telecom. A result oriented brand marketing professional with good understanding of business/products, Media Buying, OOH, conceptualising events & sports marketing, Keerthi is presently working at Airtel as Head Marcom, Mobile, Telemedia, DTH & Bank - AP & Telangana

Sana Memon, Production Strategist, Creative X, Consumer Marketing, Meta     

Sana Memon has over 15 years of experience in events & experiential marketing. She specialized in corporate events across diverse brands before joining Meta in 2017. At Meta, her role involved setting up the events team in India, along with leading events & experiences in diverse markets such as the UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, etc. In her current role in the company, she is also focused on producing experiential campaigns for consumer marketing across the family of apps.

Milind Shah, Head Brand Marketing – AGM at MG Motor India

A marketing professional offering nearly 16years of experience in Brand Management & Business Development, Milind Shah is associated with MG Motor India (Morris Garages) as AGM-Head Brand Marketing. 

Shah is an expert in launching brand and setting up business foundation, maintaining public relations, effective media planning. He has worked with brand like – Harley-Davidson India, Royal Enfield & Currently MG Motor.

Divya Dixit, Sr. VP - Marketing, Partnerships & Revenue, ALT Balaji

Divya has 20+ years of experience in marketing and brand building across industries — digital, broadcast, telecom, and music. With an impeccable record of launching brands in the sector of broadcast, telecom, music, and OTT; rejuvenation of brands, consumer lifetime value journeys, creating revenue opportunities, product designing, and designing sales currencies through consumer insights across industries, she has helped create sustainable businesses.

Prior to joining ALTBalaji, Divya has been in leadership positions at organizations of the likes of ZEE5, Sony, UTV, Tata Docomo, Barista, to name a few.

Sharad Somani, Leader- DigitalGo to Market-APAC, Western Union

Having lived in three and worked in four continents, Sharad Somani is an expert at handling roles in technology, telecom and financial services space covering brand/product marketing, corporate communications, partnerships & alliances, product management/development, sales and business development - in both B2B and B2C setting over last 15+ years.

He believes in empowering and creating cohesive teams across cross-functional & global matrix organisations
