WOW Awards 2022 Experiential Marketing Jury

WOW Awards - Asia’s largest business and recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, LIVE Entertainment and Wedding industry is all set to host its 13th edition.

The WOW Awards Asia 2022 is now open for entries in 125 categories across 5 groups. The five groups of categories are Experiential Marketing (Group A), Experiential Celebrations (Group B), Experiential Management (Group C), Experiential Venues (Group D) and Live Quotient (Group E).

With a two-phased judging process by jury members, audited and validated by KPMG, awards will be announced during the glittering ceremony. Each Jury member is selected from complementing backgrounds with extensive experience in the industry to ensure complete transparency in the judging process. Jury members are particularly very knowledgeable and thus have an upper hand in deciding the most deserving winner.

Experiential Marketing known as Group A is all about Campaigns, Events, Activities, Initiatives of brands, corporations, associations, government bodies, etc. for the purpose of promotion, communication, and marketing. Experiential Marketing Awards have 44 categories which will be judged by a panel of expert jury members.

The esteemed Jury of Experiential Marketing Group are:

Imran Qadri, Head-Marketing and PR, Harley Davidson India             

Based out of Bangkok, Thailand, Imran Qadri has been associated with Harley-Davidson since April 2019. Apart from India, he oversees Marketing for Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), South Korea, Taiwan & Hong Kong as well. He has 14 years of Marketing work experience with brands like Hero Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Nissan & H-D.

An MBA in Marketing from FORE School of Management, Delhi, Imran has a B.E. Mechanical degree from MSRIT, Bangalore, apart from executive leadership & digital marketing certifications from Vanderbilt University & IIM Lucknow, respectively.

Recently he was adjudged among Top 40 Nationwide Experts declared by Business Mint for 2022. He was also part of Top 50 Marketing and Communication Leaders in India in 2021 as adjudged by White Page International. Gaurav Chauhan, Head of Events & Experiences, Google

Gaurav Chauhan is an award-winning integrated marketing leader with proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for multiple brands like Yahoo!, Vodafone, Samsung, LG, Suzuki, Nestle, Aircel, Cairn Energy, and many others. Currently, Chauhan is leading events and experiential marketing efforts for Google India with a goal to create world class experiences that make users fan of the brand.

Tarun Jha, Head of Marketing, ŠKODA AUTO India

After getting a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Tarun started his career in Advertising with Mudra Communications and subsequently worked with Ogilvy & Mather. After a few years in Advertising, he shifted to the Consumer Electronics and White Goods sector and then went on to spend 3 wonderful years at Mahindra & Mahindra, where he fell in love with Automotive Marketing. He joined ŠKODA AUTO in 2008 and has been with the brand for almost 14 years now.

Currently he is also a guest lecturer and visiting faculty at the top Business and Management Schools in India and is on the Jury panel of major Marketing and Advertising Awards, including Effies, Emvies, Agency of the Year and Cannes Junior.

Prateek Kotha, Associate Director-Brand Solutions/Partnerships, Myntra

Currently Associate Director-Brand Solutions/Partnerships at Myntra, Prateek Kotha has been instrumental in making Myntra the preferred choice of marketing for various brands across the spectrum. He leads the Brand Solutions for Sports, footwear(men and women) and Beauty & Personal Care category on Myntra in addition to integrating brands in all content avenues of Myntra.He conceptualized Myntra Sneaker Club(previous WOW winner for new event property) and Myntra Music Movement which got incremental sales and consumers to their respective categories on Myntra.  Prior to Myntra, He was with Reliance Brands Limited managing marketing for Hamleys.

Sapna Prabhakaran, Head of Marketing, Edelweiss Securities Limited       


Sapna Prabhakaran is a Marketing and Communications professional with over 18 years of experience across technology and financial services. Her repertoire spans multichannel marketing strategies through leverage of core marketing, thought leadership development, PR, analyst relations and digital marketing.

At Edelweiss, Sapna heads Marketing for all Institutional Businesses including Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Structured Products, Custody & Clearing, Asset Resolution etc. Previously, Sapna worked in the technology industry, having spent 12 years in the services space with Capgemini and a couple of years on the tech products side with IRIS, a regulatory technology specialist.

Sapna is an Engineer and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. She is a part of several Marketing Leadership forums and loves to mentor young marketers whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Pankaj Bajaj, Head- R & R & Marcom, Reliance General Insurance Company Limited

Pankaj is a marketing professional with almost 2 decades of varied experience in FMCG & BFSI. He is popularly known as stalwarts of Rewards & Recognition in the Industry. Having worked with Iconic brands like Reliance General Insurance, ICICI Lombard and Pidilite Industries he has developed strong knowledge and expertise in Marketing Communication, Branding, Events, BTL & MICE. Starting his professional journey from a humble sales background, today he has transformed himself into a dynamic and well-established professional in the industry.

Amit Bajaj, Head – Corporate Communications, India, Guardian Life Insurance 


Amit Bajaj is a seasoned brand marketing and communications leader. For over 15 years he has worked on global brands and has expertise in new media innovations, communications, marketing and technology. He is passionate about building cutting edge MarCom strategies that solve the most demanding marketing challenges for a brand and story-tell across an ever-expanding array of communication platforms.

Amit is the Head of Communications & Brand for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in India since August 2019.

Prior joining Guardian, Amit was the PR Content Strategy Leader at Nissan Motors for Africa, Middle East and India region. In the past he was associated with Michelin, General Electric (GE) and DDB Mudra. He is a MICA alumnus and has read his bachelor’s degree at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Keerthi Vardhan Reddy, popularly called as Keerthi has 18+ years of work experience in Events, Time Share, Media & Telecom. Presently he is working at Airtel as Head Marcom, Mobile, Telemedia, DTH & Bank - AP & Telangana
