Experiential Nomads, an experiential marketing agency executed two events for Benetton India: the Autumn Winter collection launch '22, with buyers, traders, and partners from PAN India joining in for a two-day event streamed from the Benetton Office, and SS'22 Collection launch, for a set of bloggers, influencers, and other fashion and lifestyle people from the Industry which was attended by more than 70+ fashion people from the Industry.

The launch of the autumn winter collection on the 21- 22 February was attended by trade partners and B2B buyers from across the country. The event platform was interactive, with users required to register in advance via a QR code shared with them via a virtual invite. To participate in the event on the event day, they simply had to login at the specified time.

The AW'22 launch event began with RamPrasad Sridharan, CEO and MD, addressing a group of 300+ buyers to set the roadmap for business associates, talk about the collection, and future plans, while the product team, led by Harita Chaudhary, took them through the collection's themes and garments being launched for the Autumn Winter collection. The show featured videos, live feeds, and interactive engagements to keep audiences engaged.

With over 14+ hours of live streaming over two days and a display of over 500+ garments in the Men's, Women's, and Kids categories, the Nomads team had to set up at their office, with the VM and Product team in charge of explaining garments to the audience.

Live Emojis for attendees to respond with feedback was an interesting showcase for this event, with the option of a live Q&A Chat bot available at all times to ensure two-way communication in case any of these attendees had any questions. The set design was inspired by the New Metaverse theme, and it aims to provide buyers and trade partners with immersive experiences. 

The SS'22 preview event, held on 15 February (streamed live on virtual platforms until March 4th),  began with a virtual tour of Milan's streets. Virtual reality transported set of bloggers, influencers, and other fashion and lifestyle people inside the store, with a thematic set up to guide them through the new collection.

Creating the Virtual walkthrough of Milan streets, the Duomo, the cafes; and the entire look and feel of it; was something that has never been attempted by us. Creating rounds of moodboards and storyboards for the client, helped us achieve at a general consensus and creative level to showcase the collection.”

There were 3200+ impressions/attendance of the show with 350+ live users at the time of the show. The higher numbers of Live users and clear streaming was applauded by the brand and made a difference to the entire showcase of both events.
