The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has announced its 52nd edition in Goa from 20 November to 28 November, 2021. The annual international film festival will comprise both physical and virtual segments this year in a hybrid format necessitated by the Covid19 pandemic. Films will be screened on the official digital platform of IFFI, along with theatrical screenings during the festival, subject to prevailing conditions.

The festival is being organised by the Directorate of Film Festivals of India, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India in collaboration with the State Government of Goa.

Selected films will be showcased to registered delegates and representatives from the films during the nine-day festival.

All the press conferences will be streamed live on Press Information Bureau (PIB) India’s YouTube Channel where journalists can ask questions online.

IFFI has started registrations for the virtual segment of the hybrid festival by sharing a link on PIB’s Twitter handle.

Going hybrid, films will be streamed on the official digital platform along with theatrical screenings at the festival, subject to prevailing conditions.
