Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT), an ET Now property, will host 12 ground events with inspirational speakers across India. The first Leaders of Tomorrow Townhall was executed by Laqshya Live Experiences on 13 August 2021 in Ahmedabad.

The event was attended by over 80 people and organisers ensured safety precautions at every stage.

Each attendee's temperature was taken, their hands were sanitised, and the Aarogya Setu app was checked before they entered the main event.

Attendees were then required to confirm their presence at the registration desk, where they were given a curated hygiene kit. The kit included a safe plastic-wrapped mask, hand sanitiser and a bottle of water.

The seating at the venue was laid out in accordance with social distancing norms, and each table had stationery, a bottle of water, and sanitiser sachets. Guests were required to wear their masks throughout.

Panelists on stage were also seated socially distantly. Each panelist was given a microphone. Mics were cleaned with alcoholic wipes before being handed over to attendees for the Q&A, informed the agency.

The audience exit was done row by row. Following the event, attendees were given pre-packaged food to avoid crowding at the buffet.

The ET Now property will host 12 ground events across India; first event executed by Laqshya Live Experiences on 13 August had over 80 attendees.
