Times Music, Triller Ink Global Licensing Pact

Times Music, a part of the Times Group, and short video app Triller have announced a global licensing partnership.
Through this, the music label’s bank of over 56,000 songs will be available for users of the Triller app across the world to create short-form content.
Mandar Thakur, COO, Times Music, said, “Times Music's diverse catalogue and its dominating position in the Punjabi and regional marketplaces, gives Triller a significant advantage to navigate the length and breadth of the country. We are very thrilled to have our entire library on Triller.”
Raj Mishra, GM, Triller India, noted that the partnership would give its users a larger spread of music to enable content creation.
The music label’s bank of over 56,000 songs will now be available to creators on the short-from video app globally.
