Jagran Solutions executed a month-long van activation campaign over March and April 2021 for petroleum refining company Total’s newly launched grease Total Multis XL3 Premium+

The campaign covered 136 locations in 38 cities and towns across Punjab, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Odisha, engaging over 5,000 people in the target group comprising mechanics, retailers, truck drivers and truck owners.

The multi-state van activation campaign aimed at generating leads by giving a firsthand experience to the target group.

Four vans were fabricated – one each in the north, west, east and south zones – in order to function simultaneously. A large grease bucket mock-up was placed on the van for visual appeal. The USPs of the product were explained through games such as spin the wheel and magnetic puzzle. Kits were distributed to retailers along with branded caps as giveaways.

Social distancing norms and other set government guidelines were followed with Salim Shaikh, Senior Manager, Jagran Solutions, taking responsibility of managing the protocol and execution.
