OnStage Experiences Executes Virtual Annual Townhall for 10FA India

10FA India, formerly Prudential Global Services, hosted its annual townhall on 13 January 2021 virtually. The event was executed by OnStage Experiences with the theme ‘Bond for Change’.

A virtual experiences platform was created to enable an immersive experience. The platform was used to execute the townhall and address client concerns.

Roney Rodrigues Manager – Brand & Communications, 10FA, noted that the townhall is a much-awaited annual event and had to go virtual as a physical get together didn’t meet Covid19 protocols.

He added, “Being very new to virtual events we were unsure of the outcome, but OnStage managed to engage the audience through a series of virtual pre-events that led to a fantastic virtual townhall experience.”

Pre-event virtual engagements included game shows, dance challenges and competitions. The highlight of the event was an e-play performed by the 10FA leadership with a humorous take on the lockdown.
