Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events and Experiential Marketing Domain of Percept Limited, conceptualised and managed a virtual Havells Emerging Dealers Meet on 27 March 2021. The event received over 2,200 registrations and over a 1,000 dealers attended the event online.

The Havells event was curated for its ‘Emerging’ Dealers – that is, all the dealers who have joined the Havells family within the past three years. The objective was to showcase key milestones and achievements of the Havells group.

Percept digitICE’s scope of work included creating and executing an immersive virtual meet event for Havells Emerging Dealers, including a Chroma shoot of three key people across two locations. Green Screen Technology, coupled with all safety protocols and Covid norms were followed throughout the on-ground AV shoots.

AV shoots were further packaged with animations, graphics and state-of-the-art supers as three-dimensional text on a virtual set. The journey of the brand was showcased to attendees in a 50-minute AV capsule. The culmination of the event saw a credit note initiated and distributed in real time to all the qualifier dealers.
