Percept digitICE, a part of Percept ICE, the special projects, events and experiential marketing company of Percept Limited, conceptualised and managed the product launch with order bookings for four new products from Sintex-BAPL on a virtual platform on March 5, 2021.

The three-hour live event saw a digital attendance of over 400 visitors from across India, including distributors of the water storage solutions major.

The scope of work entailed communication, design, integration of client’s marketing tools including social media, digital platform development and execution, video content creation, product launch sequences, green screen shoots, event packaging and creating a live order booking module.

The event saw curated and managed zonal rooms, which were further divided into sub-zones addressing immediate audience queries on the secure digital platform. A live leaderboard also showcased zone-wise sales mapping, which helped the brand keep tabs on the targets achieved during the launch show.
