Pepsi Ropes in Brand Ambassador Salman Khan to Urge Consumers to Practise ‘Distance Waali Holi’

With the upcoming festival of colours, Holi, amidst the global pandemic, popular beverage brand Pepsi, along with its brand ambassador actor Salman Khan, released a video campaign urging consumers across India to celebrate a ‘Distance Waali Holi’.

In the video released on the brand’s social media pages today, the actor is seen amidst a riot of colours, delivering the pertinent message of celebrating Holi while maintaining social distancing. “Rang hai, Holi hai, aur swag waali bottle kholi hai… Pepsi, yeh ‘Distance Waali Holi’ hai…,” says Salman Khan in the video.

A spokesperson from PepsiCo India said, “Holi is a time of togetherness and boundless fun and we wish everyone a very Happy Holi. However, given these are unprecedented times, Pepsi is championing the cause of ‘Distance Waali Holi’ through its new communication.”
